This pillow is super comfortable! It has support for the neck, which is so important so that my neck doesn’t end up creasing and cutting off your air. Great for side, sleepers or people that need a little bit more support. The height is about 5 inches- it appears firm, but it conforms to your neck shape and supports it. Great value for the money!
