A golden straw hue, the NV Champagne Cuve 72 Extra Brut takes on more layered aromas and is expressive with notes of mandarin, shortbread cookies, honeycomb, and red apple. Full bodied, with a rounded mouthfeel, its long on the palate and has a clean finish. It picks up a light savory side from this vintage
