Both the hat and the cover have nice Coast Guard labels. There is a name written on the label in the hat, but it is hard to read. The hat is in overall good condition with some wear. There are some light brown spots on the white cover. General wear and discoloration on the inside and around the sweatband. The photo is not in good condition.
