These are fitted with plastic brackets that slot into the ends of each pad (supplied separately). We also offer a two tone pad which is white with a black side for when the visor is turned down. The different patterns give you an opportunity to purchase these as a more personal gift for whoever your purchase is for. The fabric quality is wrinkle resistant with a soft texture and comfortable wearability. I purchased for men ranging from 175-250 pounds and all seem to fit true to size. If you want extra room, I would definitely consider sizing up for extra room in the shoulder width or waist. The sleeves and length of the shirt seem to be true to size. Last but not least, the price of this item has to be one of the best I have found when it comes to golf shirts.
