Pros: These are great for at home workouts. They have a great grip and comfortable to hold. Good quality and are comparable to to other weights I have used like this. Cons: They arrived with one of the 3 pound weights missing and rack damaged. Although this could have happened during shipping. Company quickly replaced them however!

Great dumbbells. I purchased these for home work out and recovering from a neck injury. My physical therapist said it will take a while, as suspected. And I'm so glad I found these. So just starting a healthy exercise journey or need recovery physical therapy needs. Highly recommend because eventually you'll get stronger and now you will have a whole complete quality set that will last you for years. For a better bargain I might add. Instead of buying individual cheap dumbbells. Invest in these great dumbbells, you won't regret it. I can't say enough good things.
