Well-made reamer and plug inserter, as well as the 10 plugs, and the accessories. Even the pouch is high quality. Included instructions are very clear -- just be sure not to insert the plug with too much force, or you'll put the entire plug thru the hole. It's so much easier for a simple in-situ scooter tire puncture repair, where removing the tire can be much more time-consuming than removing a car tire.
