Erica cerinthoidesOne of the best South African heathers. It is an evergreen perennial that produces flowers most of the year. The clusters of flowers are a deep orange red tubular flowers that form on stems as they mature. Height 1m spread 1. 2m but it is best pruned after flowering to keep the plant compact and tidy. Only small downside is they're coated in a wax like substance and stick together so you have to pry them apart and if you microwave something, it tends to meld together and also stick into the bowl.
