Carved from heart free Western Red Cedar or Giant Sequoia Redwood reclaimed from local tree removals. Heart free wood avoids the center of the log where deeper cracking often starts, giving the carving better long term stability. Cedar and redwood both naturally resist rot. Finished with three coats of oil based spar urethane for indoor or outdoor
