Created from 4mm diameter solid silver and interlaced with decorative twisted pairs of silver wire. Each Torc has hand forged and polished end terminals. Once constructed, the Torc is then given an antique finish with a conservation fine wax coating applied before final polishing. Weighing 100gms

Very PURE supplement. No extremely nasty fillers or chemical compounds which is hard to find today on the market. I feel as though it's helping slightly with my energy levels, with Mag. Malate being the key. I take one every morning on an empty stomach with a probiotic and 24oz of water. Then a Mag. Glycinate at night to encourage sleep. The combination of these two Magnesium's have encouraged more regular bathroom visits for me when consistently taken (do not exceed 400mg-500mg or severe laxative effects can take place). It is a larger pill but I have not had issues with swallowing- as I can have with others. Yes, a bit more costly than similar types but this brand focuses on main ingredients. Will buy again! Impressed with the company's quality and transparency.
