It has a delicious creamy texture, with a fresh clean taste that develops as the cheese ages into a rich aromatic piquancy. Depending on taste, it is perhaps at its best towards the end of its life. It can be eaten traditionally with bread and wine, but it is wonderful with a fresh pear.

Packaging is awful, makes a complete mess. The product itself is okay, the little rods that come with it don't slide in easily and force you to scrape the metal with them when you install it , not the greatest design. Instructions also are not the best. Also, why are the holes to hang the shelf at the bottom?? Doesn't make much sense
