New old stock, but not stored well. They are hard to open, but most still have the salve in them. Tins are in fair condition with lots of wear. They are dirty and some of the paint is coming off. They have scratches and may have some rust. Some of the contents may have gotten on the outside as well. They are a small size.

Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
