One of the pieces came unthreaded so I wasn't able to put it together. We received all of the parts but since one was faulty, assembly wasnt possible. Customer service from both the original seller and amazon were unhelpful. Wish I could get a replacement part because I was really looking forward to this in my kitchen to add to the coffee bar, but I'm going to have to return it.

THEN the anchors that come with it are flimsy so we used a heavier different style anchor (threaded). That said, I like the way it looks, and the light effects.
