Nymphaea 'Sioux' Water LilyOpening soft yellow, the beautifully proportioned flowers of this popular water lily mature to a reddish copper, surrounded by elegant green foliage. Plant in still water away from splashing fountains. Lower gradually so the leaves can stretch to the surface within a few days. Remove dead leaves and flowers during the growing season. As a person with sleep problems due to illness I can say that this melatonin works to get me to sleep sooner. I don't sleep most of the night without it and this brand works better than others I've tried. I can't use 5 mg though and find 2.5mg better. I'm cutting them in half and don't plan to order 5 mg. again.
