I love this product!! It is easy to apply and absorbs well. It can be used by itself, or you can apply makeup over it. I feel that it has been effective in minimizing the puffiness below my eyes. I love that it goes on with a cool feeling. I have been looking for something comparable to the Eye Rever Upper I used to use from Bare Minerals and I think I finally found it!! The only con that I have is the cost of the product. I feel it could be less.
