ODA - Railfreight Red/Grey - Triple Pack AIn the early 1980s, British Rail's shift to an air braked network created logistical challenges for the Ministry of Defence (MoD), whose depot sidings had sharp curves that could not accommodate newer, long wheelbase wagons. To solve this, 50 vacuum braked, 12 foot wheelbase "Pipe" wagons (built in 1961 under Lot 3335 to Diagram 1 462) were selected for conversion. Their drop sides were ideal for palletised loads. Modified at Shildon works in 1983

I was excited about this purchase until I tried to assemble it. I bought this desk because i liked the design and the size. It also had great reviews as a sturdy desk. One of the joints fell apart. Parts of the desk have lock in screws wile other joints have these smaller locks that don't really work. I didn't return it because it's to heavy for me to re-box. I'm 66. I'm really disappointed. I wish furniture came already assembled. Hard to find these days. I guess I'll go back to purchasing real wood items from Facebook Market Place and thrift stores.

Cute storage shelf.

This is particle board, as expected for the price. Instructions were easy to follow. I assembled it alone but there was one step that would have been easier with 2 people. I have a better Allen wrench attachment than the one included and it saved my fingers a lot of pain. It's cute when assembled. The openings are 10.5x10.5x11 inches so 11x11x11 inch baskets don't fit but you can find 10.5 inch baskets that work. It's very sturdy and the way it's constructed, the shelves shouldn't ever droop. It's a good value for the money. It's perfect for my sewing room.
