WWII U.S. M-1 Helmet Liner Neckband by Comfort Slipper Corp. (Size Large)Description This original WWII U. S. M 1 helmet liner neckband was manufactured by Comfort Slipper Corp. It is a size large and exhibits parkerized steel snaps. Steel snaps were most common from mid 1942 to late 1943, afterwards brass was reintroduced due to it no longer being considered a scarce material. This makes it ideal for a helmet liner with either non painted or green painted steel A washers (including Hawleys and low pressure liners).
