I bought some of the foam filler to go in it but it wasn't enough; However, if you have spare blankets, out of season clothes or anything that's cloth you can fill this up with it! And it's easy to wash and clean HOWEVER with the foam, i would recommend a mesh bag so when you have to wash it, you don't get foam everywhere.
