Fazenda Pradio Pacio Blanco 2019Pacio Branco is a blend of Dona Branca, Godello, Loureira . The whole cluster fermentation adds a level of texture that along with the intense minerality aromatics makes it clear that it is serious white wine. On the nose aromas of white fruit, floral, white tea, spicy and a light white pepper. In the mouth a nice tension in terms of fruit and acids, with a salty attack. Very clean and invigorating.

These are really nice little dress pants for boys. Perfect for church, weddings, or anything where they need to look a bit more put together. The big win for me… they’re not stiff.
