I used this ser along with a biotin hot oil treatment to try and repair my hair. Im 10 months postpartum and breastfeeding so my hair is not super healthy, but this has helped a little. The smell is nice. I bought it on sale, I don't think I'd pay the whole 35$ for it, but I also just started a week ago. The shampoo is extremely lathering, and thicker than the conditioner.
