It is a neat concept, you push down on center bit and a toothpick will push up through the hole in the top of the clear cap. To fill it, you unscrew the clear cap. It is a spring loaded mechanism, but the spring is a little weak. The clear top shows wear.

I suspect that they are lying about the ingredients in this product. I have never reacted to any skincare products except for chemical sunscreens. This product claims to be a mineral based sunscreen but I had a terrible reaction to it. I have an itchy, red rash all over my face and arms that's been taking days to improve. I can't help but wonder if they are not disclosing all of the components of this product. I will be returning this product and requesting a refund.
