The difference is that the Elite hubs have cone spacers with pressed on CrMo knurled washers to reduce axle spin when you're tightening the hub into the fork. Disregard my first review since then I realized that I didn't have the usb cable pushed in far enough for a connection which stopped the item from charging and that's why it stopped working.
