Micro Mosaic Necklace 1004This beautiful ceramic necklace is one of a kind. The ceramic base is ceramic clay that has been hand formed, textured, glazed and fired in our studio kiln. The micro mosaic is also completely handcrafted by melting Italian Smalti glass and then pulling it into long strings of glass that are then cut into tiny pieces and hand placed with tweezers into the base. My husband and I both enjoy these soap savers. We don't find them to be too abrasive and I have sensitive skin. It dries between uses and works as expected. Unfortunately, we met a quality issue when the thinner side of his soap bag ripped within a month. Disappointing. I've deducted 2 stars for this reason.
