It mostly comes from the 2018 vintage where malo was blocked with the balance coming from 2019, which did undergo malolactic conversion. This was initially fermented in mostly stainless steel with some old oak barrels. The domaine is quite unique in that they make their own dosage from their grapes as opposed to utilizing sugar.
