This is a tilt hat, meaning it doesn't sit on top of you head, but rather sits at an angle and there is a band to hold it in place. It is marked a size 23 and has a consumer's protection label and "The Stern & Mann Co. Canton, O.". It is in wearable shape, but it does have a few issues. The netting has some tears. There are some rips and issues on the bows.

When comforter arrived in vacuum sealed bag and didn't "fluff" after 24 hours on guest bed, I put it in dryer on refresh. Still not kind of loft I expected. I put a duvet on it and used it. What a great surprise. It is so warm and now very fluffy. For the Price point of this comforter, I highly recommend it.

Very nice but….

I love the softness, quality, and feel of the product (feels crispy?? Not sure that’s the right word but it’s good). The comforter has a tiny bit of noise but I wasn’t bothered. Now… I am a huge fan of fluffiness and this just quite didn’t get as fluffy as I had hoped (compared to my other one) so I deducted one star. I kept shaking and fluffing and finally I put in the dryer. First I put on low tumble as suggested and that did absolutely nothing. So then I put another time in the dryer at regular heat and that helped some. I suspect ( but don’t know yet) this could fill out with time. So I will keep the item and we’ll see if I buy another one. I love to put down comforters in my guest rooms so my guests feel like they’re in a hotel on vacation. It’s my treat to friends/family.
