This is used nearly daily, it’s been about a month, and I haven’t noticed the needles falling out. I didn’t research if these needles were the right size for perfectly distributed coffee, but it breaks up my clumps very easily and efficiently. I made a lot of changes for my new espresso machine that have improved my coffee, and I would guess this would definitely be one of them. If you buy a WDT tool, I did my research and I can’t complain about this one that I bought. It even came with replacement needles. Would buy again. It feels nice, and I even wipe the needles after each use with a wet and then dry towel, and they still stay in place. You can bend them if you want them angled or straight.

The shaft is much thicker and is more securely positioned so I can't imagine it becoming tweaked off balance like my old one. And it comes with an extra mixer attachment! Easy to turn on and off with one hand, but I can imagine it being less easy than a simple push button for someone with decreased thumb dexterity or mobility.
