Cons: They arrived with one of the 3 pound weights missing and rack damaged. Although this could have happened during shipping. Company quickly replaced them however!

So just starting a healthy exercise journey or need recovery physical therapy needs. Highly recommend because eventually you'll get stronger and now you will have a whole complete quality set that will last you for years. For a better bargain I might add.
