During this period the squab covers were of the envelope type in other words they were a one piece cover that slid over the foam padding. The flutes also have extra padding inserted inside them which makes them look quite distinctive. . Sold as a pair of seat covers. I was skeptical at the quality given the price but it’s strong material and fits my iPhone 16, keys, compact mirror, lipstick, multiple credit cards (the very back slot is deeper to allow for more than one card). Even with all that stuff in there, I still have plenty of room to add a few more items if I wanted to.
