Lane County farmers and foresters held a Meet & Greet at the “Lost Towns” Exhibit at the Lane County Historical Museum on March 1st, 2017.

Attendees came together to reflect on the logging industry’s past and celebrate investments and advancements in Lane County forestry.

The “Lost Towns” exhibit at the Lane County Museum featured logging communities of past and how they shaped Lane County. Today, logging continues to play an integral part in the Lane County community. However, the methods may look quite different than those of yesteryear.
