So far it's great! It uses a LOT of water on the first clean (and maybe also because of using the 'Freo' ai mode) you can use tap water, but in areas with hard water, you might need to go through a lot of distilled water. I think on future cleaning jobs it's supposed to use less water though. And you can adjust the cleaning level to a lower setting so that it doesn't use as much. The app takes a little while to get used to, because there are many options and menus. But still very nice to have and use. The vacuum has a dust bin with a very basic filter (needs replaced every 30 days if used), but if you want more of 'Hepa' clean air, you would have to use another type of vacuum before mopping. It also doesn't get close to the edges of some areas for some reason, even thought it could fit. Still, for what it is, it's a great product that will cut down on a lot of mopping time.

To say I love my Narwal robotic mop and vacuum is an understatement—total game changer. I can’t imagine going back to any other robotic vacuum. I have two dogs, including a Jack Russell who sheds like Pig-Pen from Peanuts—basically a walking cloud of hair—and this thing handles it effortlessly. The vacuum + mopping combo is amazing, and it’s so easy to use and maintain. It truly does all the dirty work for me. Unreliable. Doesn't work.

Has been every unreliable. Misses lots of spots with horrible mapping. Doesn't go some places for some reason. We moved the furniture, tried remapping but nothing works. Randomly goes in circles in the same spot at times. Updated firmware, spoke to support etc. When using vacuum and Mop option, it skips carpets and doesn't go back to do them afterwards. The whole programming is unreliable. Don't BUY. Can't return it past the warranty/return period.
