The book comes within a slip case so it remains undamaged, and the open spine makes it really comfortable to hold and look through. There is a lot of gorgeous artwork of characters' different armor and dye variations, and the landscape works are very moody and atmospheric. There's also a lot of storyboarding, menu mockups, and promo pieces. There is a little too much white space around the images, but at least it keeps the format consistent.

The extra sleeve of the book along with the Japanese style spine binding are just some of the details that set this one apart. I pre ordered this the day they went live, knowing I would not be disappointing. I wasn't. The slipcase that comes with it is sturdy and protects the book well. The book itself is quality and has a great spine that lets you set the book down, and will keep the page open without you needing to hold it, which is a common issue with books. The art itself is gorgeous, sometimes spanning pages. There is commentary and notes from 2 great people from SUcker Punch Productions: Jason Connell and Andrew Goldfarb, providing insight in to the development process of Ghost of Tsushima. Much to my surprise, there is even a whole chapter dedicated to the upcoming co-op expansion to the game, Ghost of Tsushima: Legends. I am supremely happy with my purchase.
