We were both horribly disappointed. Upon opening the balm a huge portion was smashed up into the lid. This is defeating the purpose of a lip balm. Also the texture is weird. It is crumbly and not able to spread easily. I hope this is a one off and not a tallow balm norm.

I did very meticulous cleaning and drying and then applied this ointment. At least twice daily. And in just a few days my skin was healing. I'd say less than a week and I was back to normal.
